Daily Room Recap Report
This report provides daily summaries of rooms sold/occupied, total room revenue, as well as ADR, RevPAR, and comps.

Dayend Close Recap Report
This report provides daily summaries of rooms sold, group rooms sold, total sales, ADR, and important rate information.

Forecasted Revenue Report
This report can be summarized on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis with projections for occupancy, room revenue, ADR, and deposits. The forecasted revenue report can also be exported to Excel.

Guest Ledger Report
This report shows all inhouse and desk folios with rate, stay dates, and folio balance. A similar report is available that shows the balance broken down by sub-folio.

Group Folio Listing
This report is printed for a group block to show everybody with reservations in the group block, with an option to display rate information or total stay amounts, and a total stay/room nights amount is also included.

Manager's Daily Report
This is one of the most popular reports -- it shows daily performance, along with month-to-date and year-to-date totals. Comparisons to the previous year's MTD/YTD are available, as well as some basic forecasting information.

Manager's Yearly Report
This report is very similar to the Manager's Daily Report, except it only shows monthly/yearly totals.

Occupancy Forecast Report
This report shows week-long blocks of complete occupancy forecast information, with your choice of three forecast types and four analysis types.

Payments Received Today
This report lists details of all payments received on the current audit date, with a summary by payment type and journal type.

Transaction History
This report lists daily totals for each account code. Accounting reports, like the Transaction History, can be filtered by date and account codes.
